YUMMY NUT BERRY NUPLUS SHAKE
Ingredients:
1 package Mixed Berry Sunrider NuPlus
1/2 cup almonds, soaked 2 to 8 hours or
1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked 1 to 2 hours
4 dates, soaked 1 to 2 hours (save soak water)
3  peeled frozen bananas
3 cups cold filtered water or rice milk or apple juice

Optional flavorings:
1 tsp vanilla, 2 Tablespoons raw carob powder, 5 or 6 frozen or  fresh berries
1 tsp ground cinnamon or 1/2 package Fortune Delight Cinnamon

Directions:
In blender, combine nuts, dates and water, milk or juice until smooth. Break frozen banana into pieces, add to mixture and blend until smooth. Add one or more optional flavors if desired. Pour into glasses. Serves four.

NUPLUS HOT CEREAL

Ingredients:
1 package Apple Cinnamon NuPlus
1/2 cup Granola
1/2 cup hot almond milk, vanilla flavor is great
1 Tablespoon raisins
1 Tablespoon chopped almonds
3 drops SunnyDew
Directions: Mix together for a great, filling breakfast

APPLE CINNAMON TREAT
Ingredients:
1 package of Apple Cinnamon NuPlus
1/2 package Fortune Delight, Cinnamon
1/2  cup apple juice
half an apple chopped
3 drops SunnyDew
Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and eat as a cereal.  Add more liquid (can be Fortune Delight or Calli) and blend for a drink.  You can make Calli Cinnamon into only 1/2 cup water, steep for 10 minutes, and the liquid will be concentrated enough to use for this recipe.

Calli Tea Sunrider Diana Walker

SUNRIDER  CALLI TEA RECIPES – CAPPUCCINO WITH CINNAMON CALLI TEA

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Hot Calli Tea, Cinnamon
1/2 cup Hot Carob Rice Dream
1 package Simply Herbs NuPlus
1 package Quinary
5 drops SunnyDew

Directions:
1. Make your Cinnamon Calli Tea strong for this recipe
- heat 2 cups of pure water, add 1 Calli teabag. Steep for 10 minutes.
Use half a cup of this beverage for your Sunrider Recipe. 
2. Heat the half cup of Carob Rice Dream (rice milk, carob flavored)
3. Mix all ingredients together in a large mug and enjoy!

SUNRIDER SMOOTH HOT CHOCOLATE

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Raw Tahini (Tahini is sesame seed butter – can be found at any health food store)
1 cup prepared Hot Calli Cinnamon Tea or Calli Regular Tea
1/2 package Fortune Delight Cinnamon
1 package Sunrider VitaShake cocoa flavored
5 drops Sunectar

Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a very large cup until very smooth.
2. Sprinkle with the other 1/2 package of Cinnamon Fortune Delight and enjoy!

Ingredients
1 cup Sunrider Calli Regular, hot
1 package Sunrider NuPlus, Simply Herbs
1 package Quinary powder
5 drops Sunectar

Directions:
1.  Mix and enjoy for breakfast or any time of day as a power-packed “pick-me-up”
