Phil Bartel started July 2007 and had achieved his 60 pound weight loss by December 2007 – a 6 month time difference, and he has kept the weight off and been very healthy, continuing on with eating the Sunrider Basics. I took the photo at Sunrider Convention 2011, which is almost 4 years later, and Phil has kept the weight off. You can see this in his Before and After photos.
