Healthy Sunrider Green Smoothie Recipe

Healthy Sunrider Green Smoothie Recipe is Delicious and Anti-Inflammatory
1 – 1.5 cups (8 – 12 oz) purified water
1 packet of Chocolate Vitashake
1 packet of Cinnamon Fortune Delight
1 packet of Quinary
1 Vial of Evergreen
Sunrider Stevia – SunnyDew or Sunectar to sweeten to taste (called Suncare Plus and Suncare in Canada)
Crushed Ice
Optional: Add fresh or frozen strawberries, or blueberries or raspberries, or a frozen banana.
Add ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Enjoy!

You can make this smoothie without the Evergreen, and it is delicious that way too.  Then it has a Chocolate/Cinnamon/Mocha flavor.

The Quinary powder actually gives a mocha flavor!  Especially if you use Vanilla Almond Milk with it, instead of water.
