Ingredients:

1/2 cup almonds, soaked 2 to 8 hours or

4 dates, soaked 1 to 2 hours (save soak water)
3  peeled frozen bananas
3 cups cold filtered water or rice milk or apple juice

Optional flavorings:
1 tsp vanilla, 2 Tablespoons raw carob powder, 5 or 6 frozen or  fresh berries
1 tsp ground cinnamon or 1/2 package Fortune Delight Cinnamon

Directions:
In blender, combine nuts, dates and water, milk or juice until smooth. Break frozen banana into pieces, add to mixture and blend until smooth. Add one or more optional flavors if desired. Pour into glasses. Serves four.

SUNRIDER CINNAMON CALLI EGGNOG RECIPE

Ingredients

1 cup strong Sunrider Cinnamon Calli Tea or Cinnamon Fortune Delight
1 cup Vanilla rice milk or almond milk
1  ripe banana
1 package Sunrider NuPlus – use Regular or Simply Herbs or Apple Cinnamon NuPlus
5 drops Stevia (SunnyDew)
1 tsp Vanilla (try to get the alcohol-free kind) – optional
1 Tbsp raw almond butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon  (or use powdered Cinnamon Fortune Delight, just add to taste! and save some to sprinkle on top)
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions
1. Prepare your Calli Tea or Fortune Delight Tea first – use 1 Cinnamon Calli Teabag to 2 cups of water, or use 1 package of Cinnamon Fortune Delight to 1 cup of water in preparation.  Or make it stronger or weaker, depending on how much you like cinnamon!
2.  Blend all ingredients together in blender
3.  Pour into glasses
4.  Sprinkle some Cinnamon Fortune Delight straight from the package on top of each glass of Sunrider Eggnog, as well as some nutmeg
5.  Enjoy this delicious, nutritious, superior, high quality nutrition!

SUNRIDER  CALLI TEA RECIPES – CAPPUCCINO WITH CINNAMON CALLI TEA

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Hot Calli Tea, Cinnamon
1/2 cup Hot Carob Rice Dream
1 package Simply Herbs NuPlus
1 package Quinary
5 drops SunnyDew

Directions:
1. Make your Cinnamon Calli Tea strong for this recipe
- heat 2 cups of pure water, add 1 Calli teabag. Steep for 10 minutes.
Use half a cup of this beverage for your Sunrider Recipe. 
2. Heat the half cup of Carob Rice Dream (rice milk, carob flavored)
3. Mix all ingredients together in a large mug and enjoy!

SUNRIDER SMOOTH HOT CHOCOLATE

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Raw Tahini (Tahini is sesame seed butter – can be found at any health food store)
1 cup prepared Hot Calli Cinnamon Tea or Calli Regular Tea
1/2 package Fortune Delight Cinnamon
1 package Sunrider VitaShake cocoa flavored
5 drops Sunectar

Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a very large cup until very smooth.

1.  BEFORE SUNRIDER

HEALTH

I had studied nutrition in my 20s, and I had led a wonderful life, working for Dr. Paul Bragg, World-famous Naturopath – leading exercise classes on the beach in Hawaii.

However, by the time I was in my 40s, I was not able to live the nutritional principles I had learned. 

I was stressed, tired and foggy-brained.

My cupboards were full of Vitamins and Minerals and Medicinal Herbs, trying to stay healthy.

I was finding myself drinking 8 cups of coffee a day for energy, and grabbing a Diet Coke (which I knew was bad for me) and chocolate bars and huge muffins, and feeling like a hypocrite because I knew so much, but I was not living it.

WEALTH

I was a single parent, with 2 sons, working in a government job in health care as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Board of the Hospital.

I also taught Doctors and Nurses how to use computers.

I was earning great money, but I was very stressed.  And as time went by there were more and more cutbacks, and jobs lost, and I was doing the work of 3 people.

I had no time for family.  I was not able to attend many of the sports and school events of my 2 sons, since I was working 50 or more hours a week.

I would often take minutes by shorthand at Board and Committee meetings, from noon to midnight.

2.  HOW HAS SUNRIDER MADE YOUR LIFE BETTER?

HEALTH

Within 3 days I was off the coffee.  I had the Sunrider Calli Tea!

Within 1 month I was no longer grabbing junk food for snacks.  I had the Sunrider NuPlus and Quinary and Stevia.

I had more energy, I was more focused, I had an inner sense of well-being.

My son Gabe, who was 8 at the time, said ….”Mom, you don’t have flames coming out of your head any more!!”  – I was a lot more calm and balanced!

As I shared Sunrider nutrition with others, I started getting money from Sunrider.

By my seventh month, I was earning $1000, from working part-time on weekends and evenings, about 10 to 20 hours a week.

Then I continued to have more and more Customers, and also Business Leaders from some of those Customers.

By 2003 I was able to leave my stressful full-time government job at the hospital, and focus on my Sunrider business, having time for family, and being my own boss.

I was a Sunrider Group Director.

I have been able to travel with Sunrider to all the Sunrider Conventions in California, a Caribbean Cruise and a wonderful trip to Hawaii.

I have made friends from around the world.

In the afternoon we had the Sunrider Product Fair, Kandesn Skin Care and Natural Herbal Makeup Training with Julie McLewee, Kandesn Marketing Manager, meeting with John Teng, North American Sales Manager.  So many Sunrider friends came from all over Canada and United States.  We had a banquet and dance in the evening.

What unique and delicious and nutritious Sunrider foods we have – I’ve been enjoying them for almost 13 years now. Here’s a photo of Andrea Langer from Calgary, with me – Diana Walker – in 2003.  I’ll be seeing Andrea today, and also Sharon, and Paul, and Randy and Jim, and Trudy.  In fact, Trudy flew in from Nova Scotia and will be here at my home in half an hour, then we head out to celebrate the day with about 400 other Sunriders.

There are not many companies who have had Distributors and Customers who have stayed with the same company, 10, 15, 20, 25 years!!  That is a LOT of Calli Tea that Sunriders have enjoyed over all these years!!  We are going to PARTY! — Dinner and Banquet this evening!
